How to do a Charlie Le Mindu!
In hot anticipation of Charlie Le Mindu's collaboration with French broadcasting channel 'Konbini' for the launch of his recent fashion pilot 'Charlie's Treatment', airing in the UK later this Summer, Le Mindu mania is taking over!
When Charlie isn't engrossed elbows deep, working on his award-winning human hair designs this Parisian wigger can mostly be found busy behind the seams of Lady Gaga's mind expanding wardrobe or somehow finding the time to film his new and exciting self titled pilot show 'Charlie's Treatment'. This colourful and daring Kanbini production will exclusively launch in France in the summer before arriving on British screens later in the year. Designed to teach anyone, everywhere how to get it up, twist it out and shake it loose Le Mindu's sharp inside snippets now give you no excuse to rock limp locks. Can't wait till then? Well you don't have to, we've teamed up with Charlie-boy for the next few weeks to bring you our very own online step-by-step guide of how to keep your tresses on trend for the coming season. Charlie says...
Step 1 Take dry hair and sweep back into a simple tight ponytail for a crazy slick look (fasten more loosely for a grungy look)
Step 2 Take a plait extension and secure tight around the ponytail. Pile that hair up as high as you dare and keep very tight to the base. You should ideally use about three plait extensions or pile up hair ties mighty high to achieve the perfect finish, remember the taller you take it the more totty you'll tout!
Step 3 Taking one bobby pin, click open and weave into your your hair to make the shape of an eight, locking in place with more bobby pins. Done? Then lavishly spray with firm hold lacquer and iron down each each section.
Step 4 After chilling out, maxing, relaxing for 10 minutes, remove all pins and brush out like your life depended on it! POW!
What now? Well you're a hot babe, go shake whatcha Momma gave you!
